This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store for football jerseys and related products. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. General Return Policy

We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of apparel products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions described in this policy.

Customers must carefully review product details, size charts, and order information before completing a purchase. Once an order is confirmed, it enters processing immediately and may not be modified or canceled if already shipped.

  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be requested for return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be fully intact
  • The item must not show any signs of damage, stains, odor, or alteration
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective:

  • Customized jerseys (including printed names, numbers, or special personalization)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items damaged due to customer handling or improper care after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

  1. Return Process

To request a return, customers must contact customer service with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or videos showing the product condition (if applicable)

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, customers will receive return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (such as wrong item shipped or confirmed defective product), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, original shipping costs (if any) will not be included in the refund amount.

  1. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment provider
  • Bank or payment processing delays are outside of our control

If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, no refund will be issued and the item may be sent back to the customer upon request, with additional shipping costs applied.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Partial or full refund
  • Store credit or alternative resolution agreed upon by both parties

Minor variations in color, stitching, or sizing (within industry tolerance) are not considered defects.

  1. Size Issues

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the provided size chart. We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection unless the item delivered differs from the order specification.

If you are unsure about sizing before purchase, we strongly recommend reviewing measurements carefully.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has entered production or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

Customized items cannot be canceled once production has started.

  1. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, you must request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

  1. Final Interpretation

We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding all return and refund requests. This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. All decisions are made in accordance with fair business practices and applicable regulations in Hong Kong.
